Where is my order ?
 
We must have Dropped you an Email with Your Tracking Details , Once it is been Dispatched from our Warehouse . We usually take 8-10 Working days ( Excludes Sat-Sun ) to Drop you an E-mail .
What if i haven't recieved the part of my order ?
 
If the Items are missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel, this is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
If you haven’t received all of your items post the Estimated Delivery time please contact us within 20 Working days.
Can I make Changes to my Order ? ( E.G- Address ? )
 
As soon as you place your order, we Process it After 2-3 Working days so that it becomes easy for you to make the changes – Fortunately ! This means we will be Able to make the changes . Untill n Unless it’s Processed or Dispatched from our end .
Can I cancel my order ?
 
To make sure you receive your order ASAP . We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.
If you find you have ordered an Incorrect size or an unwanted Colour contact us within 24 hours after placing the order .
Can I Exchange / Return an Item ?
 
Unfortunately we don't offer Exchange / Return facility . kindly Make sure once the Package is packed & shipped. It is not Returnable / Either Refundable !
